They are meticulously crafted to feel like live petals and are virtually indistinguishable in all photos and videos.
Unlike other faux floral suppliers, we do not cost save on our product by using silk florals. Less than 5% of stems in our
arrangements are silk composition as we strongly believe in only supplying the best for our clients.

WILL MY ARRANGEMENTS BE SET UP AT THE VENUE?

HOW IS DELIVERY CALCULATED?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your event location and time slot preference.
This cost includes our team hand delivering the arrangements and setting them up exactly as you envision
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking 3-9 months in advance for weddings to secure availability (especially during peak seasons)
Bookings are accepted any time up until a few days before an event subject to availability
CAN I MOVE OR REARRANGE THE FLOWERS DURING THE EVENT?
Yes! We love repurposing our arrangements at different points during events so that everyone can continue to enjoy them! However, by booking and thereby accepting our terms and conditions, you take full responsibility in doing so.
Damage from improper handling may forfeit your bond. Studio Faux takes no liability for any injuries or damages to the client, venue or other representatives of such which may result from voluntarily moving our arrangements or other items.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We understand arrangements for events are a large investment, so we aim to offer payment options to suit all budgeting requirements.
Upfront Payment: Choose to pay the full rental amount upfront when booking. We offer a 10% discount for this option. (For cancellation purposes, we consider 30% of the order total to be classified as the non-refundable deposit component)
Deposit and Payment prior to Event: Place a 30% deposit to secure your items and event date and pay the remainder up to 30 days prior to your event.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations within 90 days of the event will result in forfeiture of deposit (30% of total order value)
Unforeseen circumstances/Acts of God resulting in the cancellation or movement of an event may qualify for a movement to a new date subject to availability. We will always try our best to make sure that you can still enjoy Studio Faux, no matter what life throws at you!
